Hirunika Premachandra , The daughter of the late Presidential adviser Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra is a Western Provincial Council ember now. For the first time in history a Council member has dressed for a Brides maid in Sri Lanka.
Hirunika dressed bridesmaid for her best friend's wedding. It was a promise she made when she was 15.
